QUADREMOR DEMO Update 1.0.3 And General Info

Change list:

- Fixed a pretty annoying bug with how brightness levels affected the HUB area

- Fixed version number in the main menu

More improvements were already implemented in the full release branch (meaning the one I'm currently working on) such as different rock texture and lighting of the HUB area, standardized and unified Global Volume Profiles across the levels and pause menu with settings (live preview included)

I probably won't be porting them to the demo version, at least for now, because I'd like to focus on the main build and release the game as soon as possible
