Update 1.03 comes with a weird bug fix

Change list:

- ground shadow fix - this one was bugging me since the first release of the original (a very thin black shadow was casted on the "edges" of ground segments in scenes 1 and 2),

- weird death glitch in scene 1 - I don't know how I missed this, but if you died more than once in the first scene while having a flashlight, you respawned with a flashlight in hand,

- other minor stuff.
