Last Suffering Version 1.1 Released

I've decided to release a small update to this little game

Change list:

- added loading screen,

- attempted to fix bigger stutters.

The game now loads a bit longer, but the stutters are now less noticable and not as impactful

If - for whatever reason - this build works worse for you then feel free to play the original 1.0
